LAIKIPIA - Kenyas most succesful real estate congrelomate, The Realtors Expo, smarting from its recent huge exposition held in Nanyuki, Laikipia last week, has expanded its tentacles to European markets, its organizer Dsquare Ventures David Nderitu has said.
'Dsquare Ventures is targeting Germany, Italian and Scandinavian investors including countries and tourists who visit the Kenyan coast for fun and investments. We have scouts and agents in Mombasa, Malindi and Watamu andTanzania, said Mr Nderitu who has over 10 year experience in property management.
The Realtors Expo, graced by over 4,000 real estate agents including realtors and property manager and marketing agents is billed to be the biggest event, according to KTN property show host Nancie.
